Your typical day will involve developing physical, 2D/3D, immersive prototypes and videos for products, refining product design through iterative user testing, and documenting and applying feedback on functionality and usability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of innovative digital or physical products using Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing SPL. - Create physical, 2D/3D, immersive prototypes and videos for products. - Refine product design through iterative user testing, documenting and applying feedback on functionality and usability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to ensure product design aligns with business objectives and user needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing SPL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other product design tools and technologies. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices. - Experience with prototyping and user testing methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
