Shift Timing :

  • Strong technical background in UKG Pro WFM or Kronos Workforce Central.
  • Experience with system architecture, API integrations, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA) and hosting requirements.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, Jira, Visio, and project management platforms.
  • Time & Attendance/Timekeeping systems implementation experience required (configurations, enhancements, system management)
  • UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) timekeeping system experience preferred
  • UKG Workforce Central timekeeping system experience preferred

Preferred :

  • UKG Pro WFM certification.
  • Experience in global rollouts and multi-country compliance.
  • Knowledge of cloud security and workforce analytics.
