Role & responsibilities

1. A mature, confident and caring manner with the ability of problem-solving and listening skills.

2. Exceptional communication skills with an ability to explain things in a clear and understandable way & interact well with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

4. Follow the organizations policies, procedures & adhere to Nutrition and Dietetics guidelines.

5. Efficient Team co ordination with physicians and health care personnel on regular basis to determine nutritional needs and diet restrictions of patient

6. Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions and current health status to develop and implement dietary-care plans to patients.

7. Recommend Diet to patients as per individual nutritional requirements in accordance with their preference, health, and cultural background

8. Compiling & documenting information/ reports by tracking patients progress towards their health goals on regular basis.

9. Calculation of nutritional content of food to incorporate in the recommended diet.

10. Entry of recommended Patient s diet in the Touch to order system

11. Ward wise monitoring the Execution of recommended Patients Lunch food service

12. Plan, Prescribe & monitor administration of enteral / parenteral feeds for critically ill patients.

13. Supervise & advise hospital catering departments about the specific dietary requirements of patients.

14. Educate and counsel patients with diet-related disorders by which they can improve their health by appropriate lifestyle and food choices in practical way

15. Provide nutrition education and counseling for patients by giving handouts & diet charts to promote healthy eating habits

16. Willingness to continue training and research updations on the latest discoveries and developments in the field

17. Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Required Candidate :

- Good Communication Skill

- Willing to work in Rotational Shifts.

Educational Qualification : B.Sc (F & N). M.Sc (F&N) preferred with Minimum 2-4 years of experience needed.
