You are urgently required for the role of Customer Service Executive / Technical Support Executive for Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support) in US Shift at Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd. Your responsibilities will include: - Taking inbound calls from customers regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnosing the problems and suggesting the most suitable plan to the customers - Selling technical support plans and relevant software In addition, you will benefit from: - Fixed monthly salary credited on the 1st of every month - 24 leaves per year along with comp offs and birthday leaves - Lucrative incentives - No shift timing extensions - Supportive and friendly working environment To qualify for this position, you should have: - Good English communication skills - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Outbound Tech Support - Ability to independently close calls and possess strong sales skills - Immediate availability for joining Please note that Freshers and domestic BPO candidates are not eligible for this position. The salary offered is Rs. 15,000-22,000 per month (fixed) along with substantial incentives. The working hours are from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am in US Shift for 6 days a week.
