Job Description: 1.We are looking for a hard core Salesperson. Our key accounts are large companies and hence we are looking for a senior candidate who can sell to senior and highly experienced purchase and management teams. 2.The candidate will also handle smaller accounts. Over time s/he can build a team as needed. 3.Ideal candidate will be out on the field closing Sales of established products (semi commoditized specialty chemicals) Qualifications : 1.Preferred Candidate will have a Graduate degree in Chemistry/ B.E.Chemical 2.However, as the job role is fundamentally Sales good candidates without the above degree can apply. Experience : 1.Must have minimum 8 years experience in Institutional Sales. 2.Candidates with Sales experience in Specialty Chemicals will be preferred. 3.Candidates with exposure to the Construction/ Construction Chemicals Industry will be preferred. Responsibilities : 1.Ensure Sales Growth by pursuing Sales Rigorously. 2.Rigorously pursue and develop clients in the Paints and Construction Chemical Industries for the Companys range of products. 3.Ensure timely collections (payments, receivables) 4.Build strong business relationships with customers & maintain them.
