About the Role: Act as the Relationship Manager for recruiters in IMI Kolkata campus, while supporting other campuses (IMI Delhi & IMI Bhubaneswar) in cross-location outreach. Ensure strong recruiter retention and acquisition through regular engagement, placement coordination, and student-profile alignment. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, focusing on IMI Kolkata while supporting IMI Delhi & IMI Bhubaneswar Acquire new recruiters and ensure smooth coordination for placement days Maximize placement numbers by aligning company needs with student skillsets Ensure recruiter satisfaction through continuous engagement and feedback management Track engagement performance and report updates to Campus and Analytics Heads Collaborate with the student prep team to map recruiter expectations to student capabilities.
