Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager Experience Required: 10 – 15 years Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with strong expertise in APC (Air Pollution Control Systems), ESP (Electrostatic Precipitators), and Bag House systems . The ideal candidate will have proven experience in installation, commissioning, project monitoring, and client handling . The role requires excellent leadership, technical knowledge, and communication skills to manage large-scale industrial projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage mechanical projects related to APC, ESP, and Bag House systems from initiation to commissioning. Supervise installation, erection, and commissioning activities , ensuring quality and safety compliance. Monitor project progress, identify risks/delays, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution. Handle client communication, technical discussions, and progress reporting . Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and contractual obligations. Manage a team of engineers/supervisors and provide technical guidance. Review engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs before execution. Maintain documentation, reports, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong exposure in APC, ESP, and Bag House systems installation and commissioning. Excellent project planning, monitoring, and execution skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines. Strong client handling and negotiation skills . Knowledge of safety practices, quality standards, and statutory compliances. Leadership qualities with team management capability. Proficiency in MS Project / Project Management tools (preferred). Eligibility Criteria: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 10–15 years of relevant experience in mechanical project execution, specifically in APC/ESP/Bag House projects. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
