IMAT Trainer

We are looking for a knowledgeable, engaging, and student-centric IMAT (International Medical Admissions Test) Trainer who can deliver high-quality training for students aspiring to pursue medical courses in Italy. The trainer will be responsible for teaching Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Logical Reasoning, and exam strategy aligned with the IMAT pattern.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured and effective IMAT classes (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Logic).
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice questions, and mock tests aligned with the latest IMAT syllabus.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized feedback to students.
• Track student progress and share periodic performance updates with the team.
• Support in conducting mock exams, reviewing scores, and explaining solutions.
• Adapt teaching methodology to suit diverse learning styles.
• Stay updated with exam pattern changes, past paper trends, and best practices.
• Contribute to content creation (worksheets, assignments, question banks, videos—if required).
• Maintain high student satisfaction and learning outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong command over IMAT subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Physics & Logical Reasoning.
• Prior experience teaching IMAT / NEET / MCAT / similar entrance exams preferred.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex scientific concepts for high-school students.
• Background in Life Sciences / Medicine / Biotechnology / Chemistry or relevant fields (preferred).
• Comfortable with online teaching tools (Zoom, interactive whiteboards, LMS platforms).
• Passion for teaching and mentoring aspirants.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior IMAT teaching experience with proven results.
• Familiarity with IMAT past papers, Cambridge-based question styles, and exam strategies.
• Experience in developing academic content and mock tests.
• Ability to teach both group classes and 1:1 sessions.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
