Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Aderant Expert Implementation Specialist responsible for the installation, configuration, and testing of the Aderant Expert suite to ensure seamless deployment and optimal system performance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Aderant Expert, along with a solid background in legal or professional services environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the installation and deployment of the Aderant Expert platform across environments. Configure Aderant Expert modules to meet business and operational requirements. Perform system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system performance and functionality. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define configuration standards. Troubleshoot installation or configuration issues and coordinate with Aderant support as needed. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to installation, configuration, workflows, and system architecture. Ensure compliance with IT security standards and policies during deployment. Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to internal IT teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: 36 years of hands-on experience with Aderant Expert, including installation and environment configuration. Experience in configuring modules such as Time & Billing, Financial Management, Practice Management, etc. Strong understanding of Windows Server environments, IIS, and SQL Server. Proven ability to conduct structured testing and validation of application functionality. Familiarity with scripting for deployment automation (e.g., PowerShell). Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a legal tech environment or working with law firms. Exposure to cloud-hosted or hybrid Aderant deployments. Knowledge of Aderant APIs and integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Elite, iManage, etc.). Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
