We are running medical equipment service centre in surat, Gujarat Job Title: Chip Level Repairing Technician / Board Level Repair Engineer / Motherboard Repair Specialist Location: Surat, Gujarat, India Job Type: Full-time QUALIFICATION: Perform highly precise micro-soldering and desoldering of tiny Surface Mount Devices (SMDs) using hot air rework stations and precision soldering irons under a microscope. Execute Ball Grid Array (BGA) rework procedures, including safe removal, reballing (replacing solder balls), and precise re-soldering of BGA components (e.g., CPU, GPU, Northbridge, Southbridge, PCH chips) using a BGA rework station. Repair damaged PCB traces, pads, and vias using specialized repair techniques. Replace faulty power jacks, USB ports, display connectors, and other board-mounted components. Conduct comprehensive, in-depth diagnostics on malfunctioning laptop and desktop motherboards to identify specific faulty components (e.g., Integrated Circuits (ICs), power management chips, charging ICs, BIOS chips, MOSFETs, capacitors, resistors, coils, connectors, etc.).
