Image Processing and Computer Vision Engineer

We are currently seeking an Image Processing and Computer Vision Engineer for an international client. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 9 years of experience in the field. The position is based in Bangalore with a hybrid work from office arrangement. The qualified candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Additionally, they should have 3 to 4 years of experience in algorithms, coding, and software development life cycle, particularly focusing on image processing, reconstruction, and computer vision. Key requirements for the role include experience in developing computer vision algorithms or infrastructure using C/C++ or Python. Proficiency in Linux kernel internals is essential, as well as expertise in cross-platform porting of algorithms between Windows and Linux environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for adapting code and algorithms from a Windows platform to ensure consistent accuracy and output on both platforms. Candidates with experience in areas such as Image Processing, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence will be given preference. Proficiency in C++, Python, and a basic understanding of image processing are desirable qualifications. Experience with distributed systems or on-device algorithm development is a plus. The ideal candidate should demonstrate independent problem-solving skills, along with a high level of proficiency in coding and debugging.
