As a part of our team, your responsibilities will include: - Leading a team of image processing engineers to develop and implement state-of-the-art image processing algorithms and systems - Designing, developing, and optimizing image processing pipelines for various applications - Integrating image processing algorithms into larger systems by collaborating with other teams - Creating and maintaining project plans and timelines - Reviewing and analyzing project requirements, providing technical guidance to the team - Collaborating with researchers and engineers to develop new image processing technologies - Ensuring best practices for software development, code reviews, and testing are followed by the team - Managing and prioritizing project activities, making strategic decisions for successful project completion - Mentoring and training team members for their professional development and growth - Regularly communicating with stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and align with business objectives Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field - Experience in leading a team of engineers - Strong knowledge of image processing algorithms and techniques such as image enhancement, segmentation, and feature extraction - Proficiency in programming languages like C++ or Python - Experience with Image processing libraries such as OpenCV, IPL, etc - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively - Prioritization and project management skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously - Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus - Desirable: Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc If you are passionate about image processing and leading a team of talented engineers to develop cutting-edge technology, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
