Collaborate with marketing & content teams to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Explore and leverage AI-powered design, content, and automation tools to boost creativity and productivity. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in graphic design, digital content, or creative marketing. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom) or equivalent tools. Familiarity with Figma / Adobe XD / Webflow for web and digital design. Good understanding in video editing, motion graphics, and photography . Understanding of social media trends & content formats . Strong visual sense: typography, color, layout, and branding. Good at multitasking and thriving in fast-paced, startup culture . Bonus points for: Background in Fine Arts, Design, or Visual Communication Experience with email marketing design (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, DALL•E, Stable Diffusion, Canva AI, ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up ideation and content creation.
