The ideal candidate for this role is a digital product designer with expertise in designing user interfaces and experiences based on briefing or specification documents. You should have a strong understanding of modern design principles and be open to learning new tools and technologies. Your responsibilities will include crafting low to high-fidelity wireframes and visual mock-ups throughout the design process. You will also be tasked with creating a cohesive style guide and design system to be used across various products. It is essential that you can interpret design requirements from briefings and specifications, keeping up with modern design trends. Effective communication skills are vital as you will need to gather requirements and effectively convey design ideas to stakeholders. Additionally, you should be eager to expand your knowledge by embracing new tools and technologies. To excel in this position, you must possess a minimum of 5-6 years of design experience and demonstrate proficiency in Figma. Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating interactive demos is crucial. Familiarity with modern development frameworks, UAT, and Martech tools is also required. While not mandatory, additional skills such as creating concepts, layouts, infographics, artwork, and interactive visuals for digital products are beneficial. Experience in image design and manipulation, video and audio editing, as well as animation, would be advantageous in this role.,
