The ideal candidate will possess a passion for travel and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. This role involves designing and selling leisure travel packages, providing exceptional service, and ensuring memorable experiences for our clients. Fluency in Arabic is preferred; however, candidates willing to complete a 3-month Arabic language course are also welcome to apply. Responsibilities: - Develop and customize travel itineraries for individual and group leisure travellers. - Provide expert advice on destinations, attractions, and travel logistics. - Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends and emerging destinations. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns professionally. - Assist clients with travel documentation and visa processes as needed. - Promote special offers and upsell additional services to enhance client experiences.
