We’re looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Sheetmetal design and Machining. 📍 Location: 203, Harsh Avenue, Navjivan Press Road, Navrangpura, Old High Court, Ahmedabad - 380009 🛠 Experience: 1–2 years 👥 Open Positions: 02 Key Responsibilities: 🔧 Product Design & Development Design mechanical components and assemblies from concept to production. Ensure designs are functional, cost-effective, durable, and manufacturable. 🖥 CAD Modeling & Drafting Develop detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD tools. Ensure all designs comply with GD&T standards and best practices. 📑 Documentation & BOM Management Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering drawings, specifications, and design records. Manage and control documentation throughout the product lifecycle. 🧪 Prototype & Testing Lead/support the development and validation of prototypes (MVPs). Conduct and analyze functional/performance tests and refine designs accordingly. 🔩 Manufacturing Expertise Apply deep knowledge of sheet metal fabrication (bending, forming, laser cutting, welding). Incorporate machining techniques to ensure manufacturable, CNC-optimized designs. 🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure a smooth transition from design to production.
