Experience in designing and performing fabrication work [welding, pipe fitting, assembly, etc.] Familiarity with Visual Basic and Autodesk Inventor iLogic Roles and Responsibilities Work closely with the project manager and project engineer to establish project schedules, meet project deadlines, and control project engineering costs. Perform general engineering analysis and prepare required 3D models, 2D layouts, detailed drawings, calculations, specifications and instructions, with limited supervision. Document and update design procedures on a regular basis. Provide technical support to sales and marketing through specification reviews, cost estimates, sales drawings and calculations. Participate in product improvement, reliability and cost reduction projects. Perform all work in a safe manner, adhering to company and corporate policies. Other duties may be assigned as required.
