You should have 3-5 years of experience and be located in Jamshedpur, Kalinga Nagar, or Kolkata. Your responsibilities will include developing various optimization models using classical and evolutionary techniques, system simulation models, analyzing process and business data for optimization, maintaining computer programs, analyzing and improving manufacturing processes, developing customized optimization algorithms, and creating hybrid simulation and visualization models. You should have a B.Tech/BE or M.Tech/MS in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Research. Your experience should include optimization logic development, system simulation, programming, and process troubleshooting. Exposure to different optimization tools and mathematical models is preferred, as well as a basic understanding of statistics. Your technical competencies should include optimization, system simulation, programming, system engineering, flow design, logic building, scenario analysis, proficiency in RDBMS such as PostgresQL or MySQL, and programming languages like R, MATLAB, or Python. Your key performance indicators will involve identifying and solving business-wide problems using Big Data and Operations Research techniques, building, validating, testing, and deploying models and algorithms, defining hypotheses and executing necessary tests and experiments, developing creative algorithms using OR techniques, and effectively communicating analysis to team members and stakeholders.,
