Collaboration will be a crucial aspect of your role, as you will work closely with creative directors, art directors, and team members to maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across all projects. Additionally, incorporating feedback, making revisions based on input, staying updated on emerging trends, and managing time effectively to handle multiple projects simultaneously will be essential. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in motion graphics design. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, is required. Knowledge of Blender or other relevant animation tools is a plus. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition, coupled with excellent creative thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and aesthetics will be crucial for success in this role.
