About the job Job Title: Visual Communication Designer Department: Design Location: Bengaluru Years of Experience: 1 3 Years Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Key Relationships Lead Brand Designer Job Description We are looking for a Visual Communication designer to play a key role in shaping our brand identity, making it consistent and scalable across different platforms and crafting engaging communication across the board. You will work closely with design, marketing, product, HR and customer success teams to ensure customer-centric and collaborative processes across marketing and design-led initiatives. The ideal candidate is a visual story-teller, detail-oriented, organized and passionate about crafting unique engagements for our customers. The key responsibilities of this role typically include the following: Roles and Responsibilities UI/UX | Design system | Brand expression | Information design | Business communications | Event branding Develop and implement a scalable design system and component libraries for all our touchpoints. Collaborate with different teams in understanding design requirements - helping them curate impactful branding assets for both digital and print materials for campaigns, social media, presentations, events and website content. Breaking down of complex data into visual infographics as per needs. Develop and design brand assets, marketing collaterals, employer branding materials, and internal communication visuals. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and refine the visual identity. Working on the UX and UI of our website, collaterals for socials and visual framework for other brand moments. Work with the HR team to design engaging employee communication materials, event branding, newsletters, and recruitment marketing assets. Support corporate branding initiatives and design materials for leadership communication. Create engaging content for employee engagement programs, culture-building activities, and employer branding efforts. Skills & Expertise Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Creating design systems, illustration styles and other visual guidelines. Strong communication skills to convert complex data into easy to comprehend and diverse visual collaterals. Good command on motion graphics. Proficiency in Asana and JIRA is a big plus. Ability to learn new skills and experiment with AI tools as an integral part of work. Ability to collaborate across design, marketing, product and customer-facing teams.
