JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE Maintenance Executive LEVEL & GRADEB1DIVISION/ DEPARTMENTAFE/E&MCOST CENTER72220 REPORTS TOAGM-AFE JOB PURPOSE (Provide an overview of the job, its context in the organization and the contribution that it makes) Carrying out maintenance, repair, troubleshooting and inspection work primarily for the AGL CATEGORY I/II/III system along with the knowledge on the Airfield Control System, Flood Lighting, Electrical panel wiring, Lighting Understanding electrical drawing & circuits, Hand on experience on working on AGL systems and circuits, UPS Systems etc., PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (List the responsibilities/ duties associated with the job and the major activities associated with each responsibility. For each responsibility/ duty listed, give the factors on which an individuals performance is judged) AccountabilitiesMajor Activities Effective Maintenance planning and ensure timely Completion Ensure that suitable Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Plans are carried out for all Aeronautical ground lighting Systems, airside buildings, security gates, mobile DG sets. Ensure that the report is fully documented and uploaded into SAP after completion of work. Schedules and prioritizes work assigned. To take care of emergency breakdowns like ALCS, runway lighting, etc., Carry out the assigned work with assurance of work quality, and timely completion. To ensure serviceability of airfield electrical system& mobile Equipments. Fault finding and defect rectification of all installations within the time frame To ensure proper segregation of hazardous waste and non-hazardous waste Effective usage of Tools and tackles To carry out preventive and corrective maintenance by using appropriate tools and tackles. Timely review on tools and tackles. Spare management. Ensures physical availability of spares and proper storage Basic knowledge of usage of spares Timely review of spares requirements DIMENSIONS (Financial or Non-financial parameters which are directly impacted/controlled by the role or indirectly influences/contributes to in a measurable way) Financial (Eg: Budgets, project costs, capex etc.,) Non-Financial (Eg: No. of direct/ indirect reports, headcount in projects, no. of clients handled etc.,) Direct reportees: Nil Contract reportees :80 OPERATING NETWORK (Internal/ External contact groups with which the position holder interact/ work for achieving the organizations objectives) Internal External External AMC -AGL AMC- ELEC VENDORS JOB SPECIFICATION 5.1.Education qualification and certifications (Indicate the level of education and certifications required) DEEE/BE/B Tech(EEE) 5.2.Years of Experience based on the qualification (Years of relevant experience required) A) Qualification & Experience : The candidate shall be having minimum 5 years experience and shall be possessing the degree in diploma. B) Qualification & Experience : The candidate shall be having minimum 2 years experience and shall be possessing the degree in B.tech / B.E 5.3.Computer skills (Indicate the required knowledge on software, applications, hardware etc., that are required) MS office, MS Projects, SAP 5.4.Knowledge and work skills [Indicate what knowledge (machines, equipment, processes, systems etc.,) and work skills are required] Experience in Airfield lighting system with CAT I/II/III system is required ,knowledge of internal electrification basic maintenance of mobile DG Sets Operation and maintenance of HT/LT panels, AMF panels internal control wiring, electrification, varies type of remote system monitoring concept knowledge of relevant software tools, such as Microsoft office Valid driver license (LMV) Behavioral Competencies (Levels: Contributor / Proficient / Advanced / Expert) (Behavioral competencies are qualities and skills that describe how the job is to be performed.
