Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products, services, or campaigns. You will also handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer issues where necessary. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers to promote products or services. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries. Maintain and update customer database. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers. Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with clients. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Record all call interactions and feedback for reporting purposes. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in relevant computer applications (CRM systems, MS Office, etc.). Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Fluency in [Insert required languages]. Preferred Skills :Good negotiation and persuasion skills. Basic understanding of sales techniques. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Positive attitude and team player.
