Role & responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities: Perform network traffic analysis & based on that write firewall rules in Illumio (to allow service to service traffic, Privilege access traffic related rules) Manage Firewall rule changes to align with service changes (Evergreening, New Interface etc.) Enable Firewall Rule Enforcement on a service by service basis on weekends (During Service Maintaninance window) Add network traffic rules for flow data that has not been seen e.g. DR servers Identify India (Global) Common Services & write respective firewall rules Export Firewall reports and walkthrough Firewall rules to ITSO (IT Service Owner) & ITSO Delegate to support Sign off on Final Firewall rules Support any technical queries (through Call, Emails, chat) from ITSO & Delegates to have accurate firewall rule for in scope service. Monitor & update Local common services rules Support Deployment of Illumio VENs & perform log analysis if any failure in install. Support the fix (through scripting or any other mechanism) Identify surrounding services (Inbound and Outbound traffic for in scope services) scope, support query from Surrounding Service ITSO to finalize rule set for surrounding services & write appropriate rules
