Role & responsibilities Pavement Design: Perform design of flexible and rigid pavements in accordance with IRC/MoRTH/ASTHO or relevant standards. Carry out pavement thickness design and layer composition using IITPAVE software and other relevant tools. Prepare pavement evaluation and overlay design based on field investigations, traffic loading, and subgrade conditions. Develop detailed pavement design reports , specifications, and BOQs. Conduct technical analysis of soil/CBR and material properties as inputs for design.
