As a Sales Head at NNIIT, a pioneering Edtech start-up dedicated to empowering individuals in the digital age through innovative learning solutions, you will join our Hyderabad team to lead the growth in the K12 education segment. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and expanding our presence in the K12 segment. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in direct sales and team leadership, capable of balancing hands-on selling with strategic oversight. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive sales plans, collaborating with senior management, optimizing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, recruiting and managing a high-performing team, engaging with key external customers, ensuring aligned strategies with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams, and maintaining visibility of the sales pipeline for informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant Edtech sales experience in the K12 segment, expertise in IIT and NEET coaching, experience managing SDR and AE functions, in-depth understanding of sales methodologies, strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
