Admission & Marketing Manager (Coaching Institute) Job description: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admission & Marketing Manager to oversee and streamline the admissions process at our coaching institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing CRM software to track leads, monitor performance of admissions counsellors, and ensure timely feedback collection to improve overall efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the end-to-end student admission process. Implement and effectively utilize CRM software to track enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and overall counsellor performance. Train and guide admission counsellors in using the CRM system and ensure data accuracy and timely updates. Regularly review CRM dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and improve conversion rates. Collect and analyze feedback from admission counsellors to identify challenges and provide actionable insights. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate quality leads. Ensure seamless communication between the marketing, counselling, and academic teams. Plan and implement strategies for admission growth and brand visibility. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in admission or marketing roles, preferably in the education/coaching sector. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., LeadSquared, Salesforce, Zoho). Strong communication, team leadership, and data analysis skills.
