Manage and troubleshoot issues related to servers and applications, promptly resolving them to minimize downtime. Applications and database support Perform system applications and data backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure data integrity and business continuity. Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability, proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and issues.
