You will play a crucial role in leading the architecture, design, and deployment of PLC-based machine integration and centralized SCADA systems at Lubi Electronics. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and managing a small team of Application Engineers, overseeing technical deliverables, and ensuring compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 regulations. As the primary technical interface for customers, you will gather requirements, design customized solutions, and effectively manage escalations. Your strong expertise in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, and field device integration will be essential for this role. Additionally, hands-on experience with industrial communication protocols like Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP is required. You should have in-depth knowledge of IIoT standards and emerging technologies in industrial automation, coupled with proven team leadership skills and experience in handling performance reviews, coaching, and task management. Your role will also involve developing enterprise reporting frameworks, historian data architectures, and supporting real-time decision-making and analytics. You will drive on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer training at various client sites across India. Experience in 21 CFR Part 11 validation processes and project delivery in regulated environments is a must, along with exceptional project management, risk handling, and multitasking abilities.
