As a Sepasoft MES Engineer contracted by the Client of Talentegrity, you will be responsible for successfully planning, executing, and completing projects while ensuring they meet technical requirements, budgets, and deadlines. Collaboration with stakeholders such as clients, engineers, and designers will be essential to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies will be a key aspect of your role. Your responsibilities will also include scheduling and coordinating project activities to ensure tasks are completed in the correct sequence and on time. Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions to maintain project efficiency will be crucial. You will track project budget and expenditures, making adjustments as needed to stay within financial constraints. Applying engineering principles to all project phases, from design and development to implementation and testing, will be part of your daily tasks. You will oversee the technical aspects of the project, ensuring adherence to specifications, standards, and regulations. Coordinating with various engineering disciplines such as design and electrical to ensure seamless integration will be vital. You will analyze and interpret technical data, drawings, and specifications to identify potential problems and implement solutions. Managing project documentation, including reports, drawings, and change orders, will also be within your scope of work. Effective communication with project stakeholders to keep them informed of progress, risks, and changes will be crucial. Facilitating meetings, presentations, and discussions to ensure clear communication and collaboration among team members is an essential part of this role. Managing client expectations and addressing their concerns throughout the project lifecycle will be required. Documenting project decisions, approvals, and changes for future reference is also a significant aspect of the job. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing the implementation and execution of the project plan, ensuring quality standards are met. Coordinating testing and inspection activities to identify and address any defects or non-conformances will be part of your duties. Ensuring project deliverables meet all technical specifications and client requirements is essential. Managing project handover and closure processes, documenting lessons learned for future projects will also be part of your role. As a candidate for this position, you are expected to have expertise in IIOT Platform (Ignition 3 - 4 yrs+), MES (Sepasoft 3 - 4 yrs+), Python, and databases such as MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
