Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including OEMs, system integrators, and end-users. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of IIoT products and industrial networking solutions. Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets. Manage and maintain a sales pipeline. Technical Expertise & Customer Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers on product selection and application. Understand customer's technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in IIoT and industrial networking technologies. Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve customer issues. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with distributors and channel partners. Conduct training sessions for channel partners on product knowledge and sales techniques. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products. Maintain CRM data accurately. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and market analysis. Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
