Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services) CDI, CDQ, CAI Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing data integration, data quality, and cloud application integration solutions using Informaticas Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). This role requires a deep understanding of data management principles, cloud technologies, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of data integration, data quality, and cloud application integration solutions using IICS (CDI, CDQ, CAI). Develop and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and workflows to ensure efficient data movement and transformation. Architect and implement data quality frameworks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Technical Leadership: Act as the technical lead for IICS projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data architects, business analysts, and developers, to deliver end-to-end data solutions. Define best practices, standards, and guidelines for IICS implementations. Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide expert advice on data integration, data quality, and cloud application integration strategies. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to client teams. Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project execution. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in IICS, cloud technologies, and data management. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance data capabilities. Contribute to the development of LumenData’s data management offerings and thought leadership. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 8+ years of experience in data integration, data quality, and cloud application integration. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including CDI (Cloud Data Integration), CDQ (Cloud Data Quality), and CAI (Cloud Application Integration). Proven experience in leading IICS projects and managing cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their integration with IICS. Experience with LumenData’s methodologies and tools is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages. Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. Experience with data governance, metadata management, and data security best practices. Familiarity with API management and RESTful services. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
