You will be a part of a dynamic team working for one of the largest multi-national banks (Client) with a global presence. The team specializes in the Supply Chain Finance domain and is known for providing industry-leading solutions to the Client. Your primary responsibility will involve enhancing the existing platform to meet the evolving business requirements in line with industry trends, both functionally and technically. The solution you will be working on is a global application that spans across 3 regions and over 20 countries, all supported by a single code base with multi-lingual capabilities. To excel in this role, you should have 5 - 8 years of experience in Capital Markets, with exposure to brokerage, clearing corporations, depositories, stock exchanges, mutual fund asset management companies, or similar financial institutions. You will need to develop end-to-end workflow schematics for custody operations at client sites, collaborate with AI architects to identify and develop AI/ML and Generative AI use cases for custody operations, and publish thought leadership in the form of whitepapers focusing on industry transformation through modern technology. Conducting solution demonstrations, documenting current-state custody operations, assessing technology use, preparing a target-state operating model, facilitating training to enhance custody domain knowledge, and staying updated with trends in custody services are also part of your responsibilities. What you'll do: Requirements (Technical and System Integration related) gathering from clients. To read and analyze all the project requirement documents and understand what needs to be implemented. Creation of understanding document, technical integration documents with flow chart diagram. Documentation to be enterprise-level to represent the quality of deliverables. Ability to do gap analysis b/w systems & APIs. Ability to test APIs and analyzing the response and come up with FSD document. Get the sign-off on understanding documents from concerned stakeholders. Ability to understand and manage change requests from clients. Work closely with Clients, Project managers, Product Managers, and other BA team members. Evaluate technical documentation, architecture, and solutions. Work with Dev and QA team for feature releases update. An ability to effectively communicate concepts and ideas to team members and clients. Can adapt well to changing circumstances and strategies. A commitment to understanding our clients and helping them deliver value. What you'll bring: Similar work experience of 1 to 5 years. Must be from engineering background Basic understanding of SAAS product development and its technology stacks (e.x. Javascript, CSS, Java, NGINX, mysql, MongoDB ,microservice, APIs etc ). Basic knowledge of APIs and web services. Experience with multiple operating systems. Knowledge in networking and internet protocols. Exceptional attention to detailing any requirements. Excellent in verbal and email communication. Must have domain knowledge in BFSI/FinTech/RegTech. Confident in using Microsoft/google Package (especially Excel, google sheet/docs).
