Key Responsibilities Generate new leads and identify potential clients for our range of IT services. Initiate contact with prospects via phone and email to introduce our company. Understand client needs and effectively communicate how our custom software and branding solutions can help them. Close new business deals and work with our technical team to ensure smooth project handovers. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Required Skills and Qualifications Educational Background: A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is required. Language Fluency: Must be fluent in English and Hindi . Knowing of Bengali is a plus. Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the IT services industry. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Compensation and Work Schedule We believe in rewarding performance and offer a clear path for growth. Your compensation and schedule are structured as follows: Compensation: Months 1-6: This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential. After 6 Months: You will transition to a competitive base salary plus commission , based on your performance. After 1 Year: You will be eligible for a base salary, commission, and performance-based equity in the company. Work Schedule: Monday to Wednesday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST) Thursday to Friday: You will work a US shift (to align with US business hours).
