Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Cofounder Business Development position located in Delhi, with some work from home acceptable. The Cofounder Business Development will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans, conducting market research, and establishing key partnerships. They will also analyze business data to inform decision-making and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include communication, presentations, marketing, networking, and sales activities aimed at increasing awareness and engagement with the company's offerings. To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should possess strong communication and presentation skills, a flair for marketing and networking, previous sales experience, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, exceptional interpersonal skills, a good understanding of IT services and current industry trends, as well as a high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation.
