We are looking for a Solution architect with 1415 years of experience who will be doing technical architecting using Ignition technology . The skills required, and the job duties are given below.

Requirement Gathering Process Mapping Engage with business stakeholders to capture requirements map them to ISA95 processes and design functional specifications for MES modules production execution quality inventory and maintenance in discrete manufacturing environments automotive aerospace electronics etc.

Solution Design Fit Gap Analysis Conduct workshops perform fit gap analysis between standard MES functionalities and plant specific needs and configure functional aspects of MES systems e.g., scheduling sequencing genealogy traceability Andon.

Integration Testing Support Collaborate with ERP e.g., SAP SCADA and PLC teams for end-to-end integration support system testing UAT and validation to ensure seamless information flow across the manufacturing ITOT landscape.

Deployment Change Management Drive MES rollouts across plants prepare training documentation conduct end user training and provide functional support during hyper care ensuring adoption and alignment with business KPIs.

Lead design configuration and deployment of Ignition SCADA and MES applications across manufacturing operations.

Architect and implement real time data acquisition visualization and reporting solutions.

Ensure seamless integration of OT systems PLC SCADA MES with enterprise IT systems ERP databases cloud.

Develop and maintain secure efficient data exchange using REST APIs MQTT and OPC UA protocols.

Manage industrial databases SQL historian timeseries databases for high availability and performance.

Collaborate with cross disciplinary teams to align system capabilities with production and business needs.

Provide technical leadership in digital transformation initiatives such as Industry 40 smart manufacturing and predictive analytics.

Troubleshoot optimize and support existing SCADAMES deployments to ensure minimal downtime.

Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing across the engineering team.

Ten plus years of experience in SCADAMES engineering within the manufacturing industry.

Mandatory Proven expertise with Ignition SCADA Inductive Automation including scripting module configuration and project deployment.

Strong background in MES functions production tracking OEE downtime analysis traceability SPC etc.

Proficiency with database technologies SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL or equivalent.

Handson experience with OTIT integration technologies

REST APIs for system interconnectivity

MQTT for IIoT messaging and lightweight communication

OPC UA for industrial interoperability

Strong knowledge of industrial control systems PLC SCADA HMIs and plant floor connectivity.

Familiarity with manufacturing standards ISA95 ISA88 ISA99IEC 62443.

Excellent problem solving communication and cross functional collaboration skills.

Experience with cloud based IIoT platforms Azure IoT AWS IoT etc.

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in OT environments.

Familiarity with containerization Docker Kubernetes for SCADAMES deployments.

Experience in working on largescale digital transformation Industry 40 projects.

Certifications Ignition Gold Certified Specialist OPC UA or relevant industrial ITOT certifications.
