Facilitators in the IGCSE framework are responsible for delivering subject-specific instruction, supporting students, and ensuring their readiness for Cambridge International Examinations or equivalent assessments.
What you will be doing

1.Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IGCSE syllabus and Cambridge guidelines.
2.Use diverse teaching strategies to develop analytical and critical thinking in students. 3.Design internal assessments and projects as per IGCSE standards. 4.Prepare students for IGCSE board examinations through formative and summative assessments. 5.Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic progress. 6.Ensure subject knowledge is up to date with the latest syllabus updates. 7.Use practical examples and resources to contextualize theoretical concepts. 8.Create an inclusive and disciplined environment for optimal learning. 9.Adapt teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning abilities. 10.Support students in subject-related extracurricular activities such as debates, science fairs, or writing competitions. 11.Encourage participation in skill-enhancing workshops. 12.Incorporate educational tools and resources, such as Cambridge online platforms, to enhance learning. 13.Facilitate blended or online learning environments when necessary. 14.Attend Cambridge training workshops and conferences to stay updated on curriculum changes. 15.Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources. Who we are looking for:

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in the relevant subject.
Preferred IGCSE certificate or its equivalent Experience teaching IGCSE or similar international curricula is preferred. POSITION REQUIREMENTS

In-depth understanding of IB philosophy and teaching methodology.
Excellent research and inquiry-based teaching skills. Strong mentoring and guidance skills. Proficiency in global and intercultural approaches to education. Job location: Hyderabad (Serlingampally)
