Role & responsibilities Install, commission, and test Online UPS systems (1 kVA 200 kVA) at customer sites. Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in UPS, SMPS, power modules, chargers, and stabilizers. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and ensure smooth operation of UPS and battery systems. Handle breakdown calls, complete service within SLA, and maintain customer satisfaction. Conduct battery testing (VRLA / SMF / Tubular / Ni-Cd) and maintain proper service logs. Read, understand, and work with electrical SLDs, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts .
