The League Marketing Leader plays a crucial role as the voice of the market for the League, responsible for delivering the League's mission in the market. This includes conducting market and competition analysis, providing business and launch support, and consolidating market and business data. Collaborating with Marketing Managers and Leaders from other Leagues and LOBs is essential to ensure alignment on roadmaps and needs. As the PQ League Marketing Leader, you will lead all marketing activities in conjunction with OMOs (Offer Marketing Owners/Managers) and POs (Marketing Product Owners) within the League. Your responsibilities will encompass managing all aspects of the marketing mix for PQ Products and Services, refreshing strategies with the DP Strategy team and League leader, and working on global transversal marketing topics related to PQ. Acting as the Offer Marketing Owner for new initiatives in PQ is also part of your role, focusing on PQ Digitization and Digital Demand Generation. Furthermore, you will be tasked with assessing and prioritizing customer and market requirements, collaborating with various teams such as Country offer managers, Commercial team, Supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of market-leading products. Your role also involves coaching and mentoring League POs and OMOs in marketing topics like Positioning, Driving business cases, and Business plan development. The ideal candidate for this role must possess very good domain knowledge in Power Quality, Power Factor Correction, and Harmonics, along with a solid understanding of the Power System Ecosystem. Proficiency in Digital architecture, specifically EcoStruxure by Schneider Electric, is required. Additionally, having knowledge of Harmonics, Digital Signal Processing, Power Electronics, IGBT Technology, and FFT is recommended. An Agile mindset, along with certifications and experience in Agile, is highly recommended to drive the team effectively. In summary, the League Marketing Leader is responsible for evolving the League's vision and strategy, ensuring compliance with DP and League strategies, driving strategic initiatives to achieve the League vision, overseeing strategic initiatives at League/LoB/BU levels, consolidating progress for management reporting, providing support and feedback on marketing best practices, and acting as a single point of contact for other LoBs and leagues on League-level marketing topics. This role requires a combination of marketing expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills to drive the League's marketing initiatives successfully.,
