Technologies: IFS FSM Cloud, V10, AURENA, FSM/PSOiSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of IFS Cloud FSM/PSO consultantsAbout the role:The consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to IFS Cloud Field Service Management and Professional Services Automation. They will collaborate with clients to implement and optimize solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and support.Key responsibilities: Experience in IFS FSM Implementation projectsMinimum two E2E implementation experiences as a Solution or Functional consultant in FSM/PSO or CLICK SoftwareShould have the knowledge of all the associated IFS modules and integration steps used in the projectAbility to drive the areas from various workstreams within FSM solutionGood knowledge of IFS Cloud project Implementation methodology on IFS Cloud/AurenaGood knowledge of IFS Cloud FSM Technology and functionsHands on experience and knowledge of IFS FSM Cloud, V10, AURENA Technology and functions and PSO Implementation Projects.Aware of IFS tools like Scope Tool, Click learn and other related toolsHandled Solutions, functional consultant for an IFS FSM Implementation program on one or more domains listed above.Proven ability to manage customer expectations and requirements effectively.Industry knowledge in Telco, EPCI, Manufacturing, Retail Logistics, or Services.Proven ability to manage customer expectations and requirements effectively.Strong understanding of associated IFS modules and integration steps.
