The incumbent will be part of the Audit and Assurance Team responsible for handling Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Ind AS / IFRS Advisory, and Audit of Internal Financial Control. Your role will involve executing audit or accounting advisory work according to the plan and ensuring that all Trainees are effectively utilized each day. As a Coach to the Trainees, you will guide them during their Article ship and ensure their development. It will be your responsibility to ensure that work papers adhere to the Audit Manual and meet Auditing standards. Building and maintaining a strong relationship with clients is crucial, addressing their queries promptly. Keeping Managers updated on the audit status daily and actively participating in technical discussions to contribute to the firm's knowledge bank is expected. Reviewing and signing off work papers, ensuring error-free reporting, maintaining audit quality, and compliance with audit methodology are key aspects of the role. Timely completion of assignments and responding to client queries promptly, escalating when necessary, are also part of the responsibilities. Requirements: Fresh Chartered Accountants with experience in Audit and Accounting practice are preferred. Experience in Listed Company / Large Corporate Audits during Articleship period is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and working knowledge of SAP / Oracle is considered optional.,
