Job Details:- Position Title: Business Analyst Experience :- 5-10 Years Location: Raigarh(Chhattisgarh) Work Mode :- Work from Office Notice Period: Immediate-15 Days Roles and Responsibilities:- Appreciate your support in helping us move forward. Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from various stakeholders. Prepare functional specifications, business process flows, and user stories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to ensure business objectives are met. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement walkthroughs. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and status updates for management. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables aligned with project goals. 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in large IT companies and government sector projects. Certification in Scrum Master/Product Owner is an advantage. Good knowledge of public finance workflows: budgeting, accounts, revenue, treasury. Experience working on PFMS, IFMIS, or ERP systems for government clients. Strong documentation and process mapping skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Basic knowledge of data analysis and report generation. Familiarity with GFR (General Financial Rules), audit, and compliance norms is a plus.
