Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors CI Sr. Developer Experience Required: 4 to 10 Years Open Positions: 2 Work Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore (HYD-BLR) Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Developer SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Integration (CI) with deep technical expertise in integrating SAP SuccessFactors solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SuccessFactors OData APIs and Compound Employee APIs , and strong knowledge of underlying data models such as Employee Central, Foundation Objects, and Picklists. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party systems using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI). Leverage OData and Compound Employee APIs to enable robust, scalable, and secure data integration flows. Analyze and implement technical solutions aligned with SuccessFactors data structures including Employee Data , Foundation Data , and Picklist Data . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and transform them into effective technical solutions. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for developed solutions. Provide production support and troubleshoot integration issues. Required Skills & Experience: 4 to 10 years of total IT experience with at least 3+ years in SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Integration (CPI) . Strong command over SAP SuccessFactors APIs OData and Compound Employee APIs. Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors data models (Employee Central, Foundation Objects, Picklists). Good knowledge of iFlow design and development , message mapping, value mapping, and exception handling in SAP CPI. Experience in handling data transformations, filters, and routing within integration flows. Proficiency in JSON, XML, XSLT, and Groovy/JavaScript scripting within integration scenarios. Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SAML, Basic Auth) used in SF integrations. Preferred Qualifications: SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus. Experience in Agile or Scrum-based project environments. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
