As an Industrial Trainee in the Accounts & Auditing department at ZF in India, you will have the opportunity to support various accounting activities and ensure compliance with IND-AS and IFRS requirements. You will be involved in understanding the Internal Control System and assisting in the documentation of IFC-FR. Additionally, you will play a key role in preparing the Statutory Financials, both Standalone and Consolidated, and liaising with Statutory Auditors to ensure clean audit reports. It will be essential for you to grasp Group Policies and work instructions as part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should be a student registered under The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (new scheme) and have cleared the 2nd Level of CA Intermediate examination. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Access is required, while knowledge of an ERP environment would be advantageous. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills are also desirable for this position.
