Position Name : DGM (Electrical Projects) - SMS (Induction Furnace) Location : Jharkhand Qualification : Diploma / B. Tech / B.E Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication Experience : 16+ Years Job Purpose: The incumbent will be responsible to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all electrical aspects of SMS projects, particularly focusing on induction furnace operations. The role involves managing new installations, upgrades, and ensuring timely completion of electrical systems to meet operational, safety, and quality standards. Role & responsibilities : Project Management : Lead end-to-end execution of electrical projects related to SMS (Induction Furnaces), from concept to commissioning. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation, and Production. Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, resource planning, and risk assessments. Technical Oversight : Design, review, and approve electrical layouts, SLDs, and specifications for induction furnaces and auxiliary systems (transformers, LT/HT panels, EOT cranes, etc.). Ensure electrical systems comply with IEC, IS, and other relevant standards. Evaluate and select vendors for supply of electrical equipment and oversee factory acceptance tests (FAT). Installation & Commissioning : Supervise installation of electrical infrastructure such as transformers, switchgear, control panels, cable routing, and earthing systems. Manage site commissioning activities, load testing, and integration with plant-wide SCADA/PLC systems. Compliance & Safety : Ensure adherence to statutory electrical safety regulations and internal EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies. Implement energy-efficient practices and evaluate opportunities for power optimization. Team Management : Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and contractors for timely project execution. Conduct regular training and skill development programs for electrical project staff. Key Skills & Competencies : Strong technical knowledge of induction furnace operations and power systems. Expertise in electrical project management tools (Primavera, MS Project). Familiarity with AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar electrical design software. Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong troubleshooting and decision-making capabilities under pressure.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Computer Operator with strong proficiency in Advanced Excel to manage, analyze, and maintain large sets of data. The candidate will support daily operations through data entry, reporting, using Excel tools.

Role Responsibilities Fund Raising • Spearheaded the fund-raising efforts, good relationship with global/domestic /Banks, FIIs. • Leading the fund-raising initiative of the Company to ensure clear visibility of funds/credit limit for ensuring the AUM growth and Cash Flows. • Representing company to Institutional Investors, PE firms, Mutual Funds, Banks, FI, FIIs, Rating Agencies, Debenture Trustees, Registrars, Brokers/intermediaries to ensure that the adequate credit limits are available which has in turn led to development of extensive relationships. • Nurtured and developed extensive relationship with Senior Bank Officials, Mutual Funds Managers / CIOs, FI, FIIs and major local and international Investment Banks. Experience • 9 -14 years of experience in Fund Raising, NBFC candidate will be preferred. Qualification • CA (Preferred) / MBA Key Skills • Strategic - Hands on experience in raising debt from banks/FII/FI and also through Private Placement and Public Issue of NCDs. • Strong relations with Banks and other FIs • A person of proven professional competency and managerial ability at the corporate level • Strong Leadership skills, networking & negotiation skills
