We sit in the Operations Business to take advantage of the industrialized run capabilities leveraging investments from Accenture Operations. You will be working as part of the Marketing Operations team, collecting, processing, and analyzing consumer and market data to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights that support informed decision-making. This role will involve developing dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that clearly communicate findings to stakeholders, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability through robust QA practices. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align insights with business priorities, optimize reporting processes for efficiency and scalability, and provide both recurring and ad-hoc analyses to guide strategy and execution. You will also be responsible for breaking down the end-to-end process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation / transformation roadmaps.

What are we looking for

  • 35 years experience in data management and analysis, reporting and insights role
  • Strong knowledge of consumer data management practices (quality, harmonization, mapping) with direct application to marketing datasets
  • Hands-on expertise in BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) for building dashboards, reporting KPIs, and presenting insights
  • Well versed with governance reporting and insight delivery related to data quality checks
  • Proficiency with Digital marketing tooling (CRM database, E-commerce platforms, Google Analytics etc) and cataloguing and governance tools (Collibra, Purview, SharePoint, Confluence)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with marketing and insights teams
  • Knowledge of data management principles and data profiling techniques
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience with automation or scripting for marketing data quality checks
  • Knowledge of secure data handling and regulatory compliance in consumer data
  • Exposure to working across multiple markets or global marketing operations Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Analyze consumer data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that strengthen CRM, campaign performance, and marketing outcomes
  • Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs in Power BI (or similar tools) to track marketing effectiveness and provide visibility to stakeholders
  • Implement and maintain data quality rules, profiling techniques and assessment processes to ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability of data
  • Perform automated and manual data quality checks, address anomalies and maintain data definitions and business glossaries
  • Support Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives, metadata management, data harmonization
  • Ensure alignment of data standards, structures, and governance practices across markets and functions
  • Implement and maintain data cataloguing tools (e.g., Collibra, Purview) and centralized documentation repositories (SharePoint, Confluence)
  • Ensure secure documentation, sensitive data handling, and adherence to governance and regulatory requirements
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve data processes and deliver more relevant, timely, and impactful marketing insights
