As an I&F Decision Sci Practitioner Assoc Mgr at Accenture, you will be responsible for delivering breakthrough business outcomes for clients by harnessing talent, data, and intelligence to redefine their operating models. Your main focus will be to provide insights on the effectiveness of HR processes, procedures, and policies, enabling data-driven decision-making to support HR in transitioning from an operational to a tactical or strategic partner. To excel in this role, you should have expertise in HR Reporting & Visualization, Workday, Advanced Excel, VBA, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
