Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the electrical design discipline across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with US standards (NEC, NFPA, IESNA, etc.) Oversee the design and documentation of power distribution, lighting systems , and low-voltage systems for commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings Review and approve electrical design deliverables, including schematics, layouts, load calculations , and lighting simulations Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams using BIM360 , Navisworks Manage , and Bluebeam Ensure high-quality modeling and documentation using Revit , AutoCAD , and MS Office tools Perform lighting analysis using Dialux Evo , Visual Lighting , and AGI32 Conduct electrical system studies and load flow analysis using SKM Power Tools Mentor junior engineers and support team development through technical guidance and quality reviews Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure design intent and project goals are met Preferred Candidature: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field 1013 years of experience in electrical design for building services, with a strong portfolio of US-based projects preferred Proven leadership in managing design teams and delivering high-quality, code-compliant solutions Strong communication and coordination skills across disciplines and stakeholder Natives of Kerala preferred.
