Responsibilities Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, building physics, energy engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. 10-15 years of strong experience working in a similar role involving building energy modeling, performance simulations, and building physics analysis. Proficiency in industry-specific software, such as Rhino, Envimet, IES VE (Mandatory) Strong knowledge of building physics principles, energy codes, and sustainability standards. Experience with energy-efficient design strategies, including strong knowledge on MEP system optimization, renewable energy technologies, natural ventilation, and daylighting. Familiarity with sustainability certifications, such as LEED, WELL, or BREEAM, and their requirements.
