Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handling Escalated Cases:

Investigating and Resolving Issues:
Working with various internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, sales) to diagnose and resolve complex problems.
Communicating with Customers:
Providing regular updates on the progress of their issue, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the resolution process.
Maintaining Customer Satisfaction:
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction even when handling difficult or challenging situations.
Analyzing Root Causes:
Identifying patterns and recurring issues that may indicate areas for process or product improvements.
Documenting and Tracking Escalations:
Maintaining detailed records of all escalated cases for analysis and future reference.
Following Up on Resolutions:
Ensuring that all necessary actions are completed after an issue is resolved to maintain customer satisfaction.
Advocating for Customers:
Representing the customer's perspective within the organization and ensuring their needs are considered by relevant departments.

Preferred candidate profile

12th pass / Under Graduate / Gradutae / Post Graduate

Excellent Communication Skills

Blended Process

Salary :- 27K CTC - 35K CTC per month

5 days Work, Day Shifts
