Job Title:* IELTS Trainer *Job Summary:* We are seeking an experienced and passionate IELTS Trainer to join our team. As an IELTS Trainer, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students to help them achieve their desired scores in the IELTS exam. You will design and deliver high-quality lessons, provide individualized feedback, and support students in achieving their goals. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Teaching and Mentoring:* - Deliver high-quality IELTS lessons to students of varying levels and backgrounds. - Provide individualized feedback and support to students to help them improve their English language skills. - Mentor students to help them achieve their desired scores in the IELTS exam. 2. *Lesson Planning:* - Design and develop lesson plans that cater to the needs of students. - Ensure lesson plans are aligned with the IELTS exam format and requirements. 3. *Assessment and Feedback:* - Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. - Identify areas of improvement and provide targeted support. 4. *Student Support:* - Provide support to students outside of class hours, including responding to queries and concerns. - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. 5. *Professional Development:* - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in IELTS testing and teaching methodologies. - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. *Requirements:* 1. *Qualifications:* - 12th / bachelors/ masters 2. *Experience:* - Minimum 2-3 years of experience teaching IELTS or English language instruction. - Proven track record of helping students achieve their desired scores. 3. *Skills:* - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to design and deliver engaging lessons. - Strong assessment and feedback skills. - Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching. *What We Offer:* 1. *Competitive Salary:* A competitive salary package, commensurate with experience. 2. *Professional Development:* Opportunities for professional growth and development. 3. *Dynamic Environment:* A fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 4. *Supportive Team:* A supportive and collaborative team environment.
